I'm 5' 10.5", 165 lbs and large is my normal t-shirt size. I ordered this in a large and it's pretty tight. I was going to return it for an XL, but it just isn't worth it for all of the shipping charges. I'm a bit disappointed, but I think I can still make the large work. I could stand to lose a few pounds, so this can be motivation. The shirt is too cool not to wear :)
